InStream Welcomes Pat Sheridan as Vice President

In mid-September, InStream welcomed Pat Sheridan as Vice President of Business Development for healthcare. Pat expands InStream's portfolio by adding over 20 years of healthcare experience and expertise.

"I know our customers and potential customers will greatly benefit from Pat's high level of healthcare knowledge," said Mark Hinson, President and CEO of InStream. "He will be able to fully understand and offer solutions for our customers' frustrations. He wants healthcare to be more productive."

Pat comes to InStream from Windsor/Sterling Health Plan in Nashville, Tenn. where he served as the Vice President of Customer Service for the nationwide Medicare Advantage Health Plan. Pat led Windsor's customer service function through a period of rapid growth, leveraging technology to develop a state-of-the-art service operation.

Prior to that, Pat served in senior operations and account management functions at Healthways and Medsolutions, also in Nashville. Earlier in his career, he spent several years managing the pharmacy benefit management operations with Travelers, Cigna, and Prudential Healthcare.

Pat is happy to be on board at InStream and is especially excited about the services that InStream offers its customers. "InStream brings real productivity solutions to companies in the healthcare space," said Pat. "Our customers truly can put more time and money into patients instead of paperwork and processes."

When he is not at work, Pat is active with his twin boys' activities including scouts, hockey, and football. He's also an avid golfer and a big Predators fan.

Mark said, "While I'm extremely excited to welcome Pat to InStream, I'm not looking forward to meeting him on the golf course. He's an excellent golfer."

Pat is a native of Louisville, Ky., where he attended Bellarmine College.
